Digital and hybrid nature
HabitStride products blend live coaching, digital materials, and optional onsite facilitation; therefore statutory cooling off rights may vary depending on whether you purchased as a consumer or business and whether coaching began at your request.
Focused calibration session
You may cancel at least forty eight hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund of fees paid for that session; cancellations within forty eight hours receive a fifty percent credit toward another date because coaches reserve calendar blocks.
If Ryxanordgrex cancels due to unforeseen coach illness you may choose a refund or priority rescheduling at no additional charge.
Rhythmic integration sprint
The sprint is delivered across four weeks; you may withdraw before week one sessions begin for a refund minus a fifteen percent planning fee covering materials already customised.
After week one begins refunds are calculated pro rata for undelivered weeks if serious service failure is documented; discretionary goodwill may apply when organisations face sudden restructuring.
Team flow clinic
Clinic deposits are non refundable when cancelled within ten business days of the event because venues and printed workbooks are ordered in advance; earlier cancellations receive deposit refunds minus third party costs we cannot recover.
If government restrictions prohibit gatherings we will rebook or refund the full amount at your election.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact the finance desk through contact us before initiating payment disputes so we can trace invoices and resolve issues cooperatively.
Credits
Service credits issued instead of cash refunds expire twelve months from issuance unless a proposal states otherwise and may only be applied to HabitStride products.
Tax documentation
Refunds reproduce the tax treatment shown on the original invoice; if you require amended VAT documentation include your registration number when writing to us.
How to request a return
Email the inbox label info@ryxanordgrex.world at ryxanordgrex.world with invoice number, product name, and reason for the request; we acknowledge within two business days.
Non returnable items
Downloadable templates that you already accessed are not returnable once downloaded unless a file is corrupted, in which case we issue a fresh copy rather than a refund.
Escalation
Unresolved return disputes escalate to a senior operations manager who reviews communications and proposes a binding resolution within fifteen business days.
Consumer versus business purchasers
If you purchased as a consumer you may have statutory rights in addition to this policy; nothing here reduces those protections where they apply.
Business purchasers acknowledge that bespoke materials produced after a signed statement of work may limit refund percentages compared with off the shelf offerings.
Partial performance
When part of a sprint or clinic has been delivered we calculate refunds using logged attendance, coach hours consumed, and pass through venue costs to keep outcomes fair for both parties.
Replacement services
Instead of cash refunds we may offer replacement facilitation dates, additional office hours, or upgraded templates when scheduling conflicts cause disruption.
Record keeping
Approved refunds are recorded in accounting systems with references to invoices and bank transactions so finance teams can reconcile statements quickly.
