Terms of use for HabitStride products

Agreement structure

These terms form a binding agreement between you or the organisation you represent and Ryxanordgrex whenever you purchase or access the HabitStride focused calibration session, rhythmic integration sprint, or team flow clinic.

By confirming a booking, submitting payment instructions, or signing an order form you declare authority to bind your organisation where applicable.

Service descriptions

Written proposals, stride-offers.html, and onboarding emails together describe deliverables, participant limits, and delivery channels for each product.

If a conflict exists between a customised proposal and public marketing copy, the proposal governs for that transaction.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate calendars, safe facilities for onsite portions, and timely feedback so coaches can adapt schedules without idle capacity.

You remain responsible for supervising employee participation, ensuring voluntary involvement, and applying internal policies about movement during working hours.

Fees and taxes

Prices appear in pounds sterling unless another currency is expressly agreed in writing, and they exclude value added tax until an invoice states otherwise.

Late payment may pause delivery of remaining sprint sessions or delay issuance of clinic materials until balances clear.

Confidentiality

Each party protects the other’s non public information using reasonable care and uses it solely to perform under these terms unless disclosure is required by law.

Aggregated insights that cannot identify individuals may be reused to improve HabitStride playbooks without further permission.

Intellectual property

Ryxanordgrex retains ownership of curricula, slide decks, templates, and software tools provided during products, granting you a non transferable licence to use them internally for the duration of the engagement plus ninety days afterwards unless a different term appears in writing.

You may not resell the materials to third parties or remove proprietary notices.

Acceptable use of ryxanordgrex.world

You will not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape personal data of other visitors, upload malware, or impersonate Ryxanordgrex staff.

Automated excessive requests that degrade performance may be throttled or blocked.

Recording sessions

Video recordings require written consent listing storage location and retention; audio only stand ups may be captured when all participants opt in through a shared calendar notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law Ryxanordgrex is not liable for lost profits, indirect loss, or consequential damages arising from use of the products, while direct loss is capped at the fees paid for the affected product in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay caused by events outside reasonable control including severe weather, industrial action, or failures of public communications networks, provided the affected party notifies the other promptly and mitigates impact.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect regulatory shifts or product changes, posting the revised version on this page with a new effective date; continued use of digital assets after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted.

Independent coaches and subcontractors

Ryxanordgrex may engage specialist facilitators who operate under written confidentiality and safety obligations mirroring these terms when delivering part of a product.

Coaches remain responsible for following instructions from Ryxanordgrex and for escalating incidents that could affect client wellbeing during sessions.

Insurance and risk allocation

Ryxanordgrex maintains professional indemnity coverage appropriate to the scale of HabitStride deliveries; certificates are available upon reasonable request for enterprise procurement teams.

Clients maintain responsibility for onsite safety systems, first aid provision, and evacuation plans when sessions occur on their premises.

Suspension for breach

We may suspend access to digital playbooks or pause upcoming sessions if payments are overdue, if abusive communications occur, or if instructions create unsafe conditions until the issue is remedied.

Assignment

Ryxanordgrex may assign these terms to an affiliate or purchaser of substantially all assets after notifying you; you may not assign without our consent.

Entire agreement

These terms together with order forms, privacy commitments, and return rules constitute the entire agreement and supersede informal side conversations unless confirmed in writing.
